About My Approach
I help people find their optimal wellness by developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices using Ayurvedic wisdom. I work with clients to help heal digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, sleep problems, women’s health issues, PMS symptoms, weight loss, dry skin, nervous system regulation, and much more! I work with people from all walks of life. No prior yoga or Ayurveda experience is necessary to begin your healing journey with me! It’s time to start nurturing your body and soul again.
I also offer group workshops on a variety of topics. I've worked with yoga studios and small groups to offer educational classes and workshops on topics ranging from Ayurveda 101, yoni steaming, Ayurvedic skin care, body yantra, herbology, Ayurvedic cooking and spicing basics, regulating the nervous system, Women's hormonal health, how to kindle Agni, and digestive wellness.

What is Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching?
Ayurveda is a natural and holistic medical system from India. Ayurveda cultivates self-awareness in the individual and emphasizes total wellness. Ayurvedic wellness coaching with me is completely individualized. Each client receives an individualized assessment and a completely tailored approach that focuses on aligning with nature and bringing any imbalances back into balance using Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
My training and experience have helped people overcome sleep problems, PMS symptoms, endometriosis pain, liver sluggishness, unwanted weight gain, gut imbalances, feeling angry, dry skin, constipation, feeling a lack of creativity, and seasonal allergies.
